Start with the question you actually need answered.

Ask for help with a shortlist, directory data, editorial information or a partnership. The form tells you plainly whether delivery was accepted; it never silently assumes a message was sent.

Common questions

Questions to ask before choosing an agency.

Short answers first, with more detail in the buyer guides and source policy.

How the directory works
How do I find the right media agency in Australia?

Start with the outcome, services, location and budget. Use those needs to narrow the directory, then compare the proposed team, relevant work, fees, public sources and anything that is still unknown before you contact an agency.

How much does a media agency cost in Australia?

There is no single useful average. Fees change with the scope, channels, people, media spend, production and reporting required. Ask each agency to separate its fees from media, production, technology and other costs. We show Unknown when reliable public pricing is not available.

How are agencies matched to a brief?

We first check the services, location and budget in your brief. The results then show the public sources behind each listing and any facts we could not confirm. We only show a match score when there is enough current information to support it.

Can an agency pay to rank higher, or does BestAgency.guide receive referral fees?

No. BestAgency.guide does not accept referral fees, and directory results are not paid rankings. A listing or shortlist suggestion is not an endorsement or guarantee. Verify important details directly with the agency before appointing it.

Do more source links mean an agency is better?

No. Source links show where a listing came from and what each link supports. They do not rate the agency’s work. A strong agency may simply publish less information.

How current is the agency information?

Every listing shows the date its public sources were checked. The date is a research timestamp, not a guarantee that nothing has changed since. Confirm important details directly before appointing an agency.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

The form confirms whether the configured delivery provider accepted the request. It is not automatically shared with agencies. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the form tells you not to assume it was sent and lets you copy the brief before closing the tab.
